Return Eligibility
You may return products purchased from Ship Aqua under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (invoice) is required.
Products Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Products purchased on sale, offers, or clearance.
Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share photos or videos of the damage via email or WhatsApp.
- We will initiate free replacement after verifying the issue and deliver a replacement product within 6-7days.
- Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only for eligible returned items.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be credited into your original payment method within 7-10 days
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will arrange free return pickup.
- For other returns, the customer may bear the return shipping cost.
